Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member with experience operating stand up and riding lawn mowers and other landscaping equipment. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining residential and commercial properties by delivering high-quality lawn care services in a safe and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate riding lawn mowers, zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn care equipment
• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
• Follow assigned routes and complete jobs efficiently
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customer properties
• Work safely and follow company procedures at all times
• Assist crew members with additional landscaping duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required
• Experience operating riding lawn mowers required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work well independently and with a team
